iCredits
Advertisers can earn Advertising Credits (iCredits) by Viewing or "Surfing" (viewing other websites for 30 seconds each) a minimum of 24 sites per day on the iNetSurf Platform that can be used to advertise their own website.
Optionally you may view Text Ads (or Beaps) on your Cell Phone and receive credit for each
ad you view. (COMING SOON)
You are required to have a minimum of 2 (Two) site on the network to earn iCredits.
iCredits can be used to place AdSites, AdSearch, AdText, or AdBanners.

| 3. What do you mean by surfing? |
When you "Surf" you are viewing other members websites for 30 seconds each.
When your minimum number of required sites are viewed you earn iCredits.
(ie: 24 minimum viewings earns 24 iCredits when the 24th site has been viewed).
Any additional viewings will add one credit per viewing to a maximum of 100 each day.
You can earn an additional 25 bonus credits when you surf a minimum of 25 sites.

Preferred Customer Advantage (PCA)
iNetGlobal offers a Preferred Customer program called the Preferred Customer
Advantage (PCA).
Customers and Consultants who wish to purchase iNetGlobal Products and Services

Preferred Customers can purchase iNetGlobal Products and Services at a 30% Discount
(In the form of a Rebate).

iPayments
Customers and Consultants who wish to purchase at wholesale must register as
Preferred Customers. Preferred Customers can purchase iNetGlobal Products

viewing a minimum of 24 web sites per day on the iNetGlobal Surfing Platform.
iNetGlobal offers 3 iPayments:
1) Preferred Customer iPayments - 30% (Basic iPayments)
This is available to all Preferred Customers who purchase iNetGlobal Products and
view the minimum number of web sites (24) on the iNetGlobal Surfing Platform.
2) Product iPayments - up to 20%
This is available to iNetGlobal Consultants for Personal Product purchases and the
purchases of their Personal Customers.
3) Volume iPayments (V-iPayments) - 2% - 10% (Based on Rank)

We will review all sites before they go up in our Rotator for compliance. Failure

Each person or business entity can have only one Ad Pacs account. You must be 18 years of age or older. Each adult in the family can have their own account. With the exception that husband and wife in the same household can have only one account. Additional
accounts under the same person will be terminated and membership will be revoked. |

Cash Out Policy
From your account overview page you can request a cash out. All Commissions
and Ipayments will be credited to your Cash Account and available to Cash Out.
Once a Cash Out request is made it will be processed in approximately 10 Business
Days (2 weeks). Requests made on weekends will be counted as Mondays business.
Checks and Wire Transfers are processed once per week.
Card Loads are done 3 days per week (Monday - Wednesday - Friday)

Monthly Sales Volume Requirements
In order to earn Commissions, Bonuses and additional Volume Rebates
and Rewards in the iNetGlobal Compensation Plan, Consultants / VIPs
need to have a minimum monthly Personal Sales Volume.
Consultant ($20.00 Minimum)
Consultants are required to have a minimum of $20 Personal Sales Volume
for the month in order to qualify for all Commissions, Bonuses, Volume
Rebates, and Rewards in the following month.
VIP ($100.00 Minimum)
VIPs are required to have a minimum of $100 Personal Sales Volume
for the month in order to qualify for all Commissions, Bonuses, Volume
Rebates, and Rewards in the following month.
Note: Sales Volume can be from Personal Purchases (Re-Purchases)
or from Personal Sales to Customers.
Any Consultant / VIP who does not meet the minimum volume requirement for 60 days
Revert to Customer status, and will only qualify for Preferred Customer Discount.
Any commissions from Downline Customers and Consultants will "Roll Up' to the next
qualified Consultant.

The 51% Sales Rule:
All iNetGlobal Consultants are
required to have Personal Retail Customers,
based on the 51% Retail Sales Rule.
The 51% Retail Sales Rule requires that

Volume must be from his or her Personal Retail
Customers.
A personal customer is a "Retail Customer" or "Preferred Customer". A Customer is defined as a bona

A "Preferred Customer" who chooses to become an Independent Marketing Consultant is still considered a Customer.

Advertising Requirement
You are required to have at least 2 (Two) Web Site advertised on the
iNetGlobal Surfing Platform, in order to participate in the Surfing
program, and earn Credits and Rebates.
You are not limited to only 2 sites. You may advertise as many web
sites as you choose as long as you have Advertising Credits. (I-Credits)
(Free Trial Members "Free Surfers" may not advertise but will have a 7 day trial period to use)
You may also use your I-Credits to place Text Ads on the
Acesse search engine.
There is no limit to the number of Text Ads you may place on the
search engine as long as you have Advertising Credits. (I-Credits)

Advertising Placement Fee
To keep the cost of our advertising low there is a nominal
Advertising Placement fee of 10 I-Credits. This is a One Time
charge for each site you upload to the Rotator.
This is to cover the costs involved with placement of the ad
which includes systems costs and management costs.
Each ad has to be manually screened for accuracy and to be
sure it is compliant with our Advertising Terms Of Service
which is a very labor intensive process.
The Placement Fee helps to offset these costs so that we
can keep the iNetGlobal Advertising Services cost down.

| To advertise your website, log into your account and click on the tab that says "advertise." Once there, click on where it says "add new adsite." There you will need to enter the name, url, and language of your website. After you enter that click save and exit. Your site will then be sent to us for approval. Once it is approved you can go into your adsite and set targeting (where and what time you want your site to be shown in the rotator), keywords (what search words you want your site to show up under in a search engine), and your budget (how many icredits you want to allocate to your site). Once your site is approved and a budget is set up your site will begin being shown in the rotator. |

| 56. How do I surf? |
In your account on the home page click where it says "start surfing"
That will bring up two windows, the rotator (which counts your surfing), and the ad you need to view for 30 seconds.
Once the 30 seconds is up you will be asked to rate the site from 1 cool (lowest rating) to 5 on fire (highest rating) once you rate it you will be asked to enter a turing number. Once you submit the number it will bring you to the next ad. Do this for each ad you view. |

| Your ipayments are calculated by taking 35% of the company's daily sales and dividing it by the number of active ipoints. |

| 64. Why don't I get paid for the same day I join for surfing? |
| You always get paid for your surfing on the next day. Since you can surf all the way up until midnight CST we will wait until then to calculate your surfing for that. So, your pay will come on the next day. |

| A support ticket must be received within 3 days of the day you signed up. We cannot except refund requests over the phone or from your upline. |

| 66. How do I setup a domain? |
| To setup a domain you need to go through V-Webs. To do that, in your account go the the "V-Services" tab and click on "V-Webs." Click on "portal home" then click on "order." Then, under where is says "click to continue" it says "domain registration" click on that. From there follow the steps on the screen. |

| 67. How does the laptop bonus work? Is there an expiration date on the promotion? |
| The laptop bonus it given to those members that make $10,000 in downline sales within their first 60 days of sign up with a purchase. That does not include any of their own purchases. It is solely sales from their downline. Once they have done that they qualify for a $400 bonus to be given in their icash balance. At this time there is no expiration date. If that changes member's will be notified. |

iPoint history shows all of the iPoints in your account. It will show when you earned them and how you earned them. Also if you click on the icon with the piece of paper with a magnifying glass it will show you how much your iPoint is worth.  |

For example, if your daily iPurchase is more than your iCash balance it could cause your iCash balance to go negative. If it goes negative, it will stay negative until you have earned enough iCash to make up for the difference. |
